Bookkeeper (Part-Time) – Gem State Staffing | Boise, ID
Gem State Staffing is hiring an experienced Bookkeeper (1+ years) to support daily operations for a locally owned Treasure Valley company in Boise. This is a part-time position, 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring strong bookkeeping experience and the ability to manage a variety of front-office and administrative duties. Primary responsibilities include processing payments, managing expenses, and accurately receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders and invoices
• Manage multi-line phone systems
• Perform accurate, efficient data entry
• Support general administrative and front-office operations
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience
• NETSUITE experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office programs
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Solid mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Team-oriented and willing to learn new tasks
