Job Description
Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch.ÃÂ Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed.ÃÂ Oversees provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served.ÃÂ Trains, directs, and supervises branch staff. Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial and consumer loan requests.ÃÂ Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation.ÃÂ Assists in collections activities.ÃÂ Serves borrowers and prospective borrowers promptly and professionally.ÃÂ Provides general Bank information and cross sells services.ÃÂ Assists other lending personnel as needed.
