We bring you tomorrow's opportunity today!Volt is immediately hiring for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Nampa, ID.

As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will:
- Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies from individual parts.
- Complete all required paperwork associated with assembly orders.
- Perform surface-mount and through-hole soldering on printed circuit boards.
- Trim, clip, crimp, and tin wires and leads.
- Label finished products accurately.
- Fabricate, test, and troubleshoot electrical cables, harnesses, and electronic assemblies for high-reliability integration.
- Build harnesses and cables; assemble and inspect complex box builds.
- Integrate electrical and mechanical assemblies.
- Install, mount, fasten, align, and adjust parts, components, wiring, and harnesses using hand and small power tools.
- Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines for soldering and cleaning components.
- Replace defective components and repair older devices as needed.
- Follow company operating procedures and quality requirements.
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Drug Test Required
- IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and J-STD-001 certifications.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in a clean, organized environment and follow ESD regulations.
- Familiarity with soldering irons, hot air equipment, microscopes, multimeters, and standard assembly tools.
- Ability to interpret electronic and mechanical work instructions, drawings, and schematics.
- Component identification skills for unassembled parts.
- Strong attention to detail and neat workmanship.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and pass a skills test.
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing assembly.
- 2-5 years of professional experience working with electronics at the component level.
