Job Description
Gem State Staffing is seeking a Weatherization Technician to join our growing team in Twin Falls, Idaho. This is an entry-level construction position, and we are willing to train the right candidate. The Weatherization Technician will assist with residential weatherization and energy efficiency improvements under the direction of a Production Supervisor, Crew Lead, or Energy Technician.

Key Responsibilities: The Weatherization Technician will assist with a variety of residential weatherization tasks, including but not limited to:
- Installing attic, floor, wall, duct, and water pipe insulation
- Assisting with window and door installation
- Installing energy-saving devices and weatherization materials
- Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and materials
- Operating table saws, chop saws, circular saws, and other standard carpentry tools
- Using sound reasoning and judgment while performing assigned duties
- Completing required documentation and reporting forms
- Working safely in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas
