Job Description
Gem State Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking General Construction Laborers to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction tasks on job sites and supporting skilled trades as needed.
Pay Rate:
$15.00 – $19.80 per hour, depending on the job and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Operate basic hand and power tools as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and job site rules
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to work outdoors and withstand various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
