Job Description
This fully in-person role (4–5 days/week) oversees daily operations, manages drivers and fleet needs, resolves real-time issues, and improves rider experience through data, feedback, and collaboration with city partners and internal teams. The role may include driving vehicles as needed.
Ideal candidates have operational or people-management experience, strong communication skills, a proactive, field-oriented mindset, and a mission-driven approach to improving community mobility. Must be based in the Idaho Falls area and able to pass background and driving record checks.
