Job Description
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate pipe crew activities on assigned projects
- Interpret project plans, specifications, and job requirements
- Assign tasks and ensure crew productivity and quality standards are met
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and site-specific safety plans
- Conduct daily tailgate safety meetings and enforce PPE requirements
- Operate and oversee the use of equipment, tools, and materials related to pipe work
- Monitor job progress, production rates, and material usage
- Identify and report job site issues, delays, or safety concerns to management
- Maintain accurate daily reports, timecards, and job documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and other trades as required
- Train and mentor crew members on proper procedures and best practices
- Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and professional
Work Environment
- Outdoor construction environments
- Exposure to noise, weather, and varying site conditions
- May require travel and occasional overnight stays depending on project location
