We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an on-site Resident Manager at the Hazel Park Apartments in Caldwell, ID. As a Resident Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the apartment community, while also providing exceptional customer service to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families in our community.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests
- Assist with leasing and renewing leases, as well as processing tenant applications
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of vacant units and office/common areas
- Identify and report maintenance issues during unit turns, and perform minor maintenance and repair work as needed
- Perform grounds-keeping duties, including landscaping and snow removal
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to their concerns and needs
- Live on-site at the Hazel Park Apartments, serving as a role model and advocate for the community
- Other duties as assigned
