Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production & Packaging Associate to join our team in a family-friendly, part-time role. This position is perfect for someone looking for a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule with no weekends or late nights. You will be responsible for the final stage of our product’s journey—ensuring everything is packed correctly, meets our quality standards, and is ready for our customers.
Key Responsibilities-
Manual Packaging: Efficiently pack products into boxes, ensuring all items are secured and labeled correctly.

Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of products and packaging to identify and remove any defects or irregularities.

Machine Feeding: Monitor and "feed" production machinery with raw materials to ensure a smooth, continuous workflow.

Box Assembly: Manually assemble, tape, and prep shipping boxes for the production line.

Forklift Operation: Occasionally operate a forklift to move pallets of finished goods or raw materials (training/certification can be provided if needed).

Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
