Job Description
The School District Office is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a part-time administrative support
role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and thrives in a collaborative, service-focused
environment. The selected candidate will assist with a wide range of operational, clerical, and organizational duties that support
district leadership, staff, students, and the community.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Providing general administrative and clerical support to district office staff
Answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting visitors
Preparing correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, and presentations
Maintaining organized digital and paper filing systems
Assisting with data entry and recordkeeping
Supporting payroll, purchasing, or accounts payable processes as needed
Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
Assisting with board meeting preparation and documentation
Helping with district communications, newsletters, social media and website updates Supporting compliance reporting and documentation requirements
Performing special projects and other duties as assigned
Due to the nature of a district office, tasks may vary based on seasonal needs, district initiatives, and emerging priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and general office technology
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
