Job Summary:
Support the Corporate Staff Team by providing financial, administrative, clerical and receptionist services.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices
- Process incoming payments
- Communicate with customers about billing discrepancies
- Initiate collections on past-due accounts
- Maintain accounting ledgers as required
- Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status
- Perform receptionist duties
- Distribute company mail
- Assist in recruiting and orientation tasks
- Assist in purchasing office supplies
- Assist organizing company events
- Other office duties as assigned
