Job Description
Software Engineer III
Lead development on projects in conjunction with a team of more junior engineers for clients in multiple languages depending on client needs.
Lead development on currently existing software applications to expand functionality depending on client needs.
Implement and manage complex cloud based environments with multiple application stacks based on client needs.
Coordinate with the CTO to ensure code is developed according to internal standards.
Coordinate with Project Management and Quality to meet regulatory requirements for projects requiring GxP validation.
Exhibit problem-solving skills and close attention to detail.
Respond to changing scope and deadlines smoothly and efficiently.
Communicate changing scope and deadlines in concert with Project Management to a team of engineers and take a technical leadership role in individual projects.
Interact with clients as required by Project Management.
Full-stack software development, creating software with Python, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
This is not primarily a supervisory role, but it does provides limited and partial technical supervision for Software Developers I and II (but NOT personnel authority, which is instead managed by CTO and Operations).
