Job Responsibilities:
- Mounting, balancing, repairing, and replacing tires
- Assisting with roadside and service truck tire calls (as assigned)
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team
- Providing dependable, punctual attendance
- Operate tire machinery to assemble and build tire components
- Load, unload, and position materials for tire production
- Perform quality checks to ensure tires meet production specifications
- Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as assigned
- Exposure to noise, machinery, and industrial materials
