What You'll Do:
- Answer and route incoming calls; greet and assist visitors.
- Draft, edit, and format legal documents including summonses, motions, complaints, and subpoenas.
- Review and proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and correct legal formatting.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage department calendars.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and send outgoing mail.
- Maintain organized legal files—both electronic and physical.
- Enter data into department systems, generate reports, and update records.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Provide general office support including photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and collating.
- Assist other administrative staff during absences or high-volume periods.

Do you qualify?
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 6 months of clerical, secretarial, or office support experience.
- Completion of a one-year secretarial program (preferred but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of legal terminology and office procedures (a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
