Job Description

Nationwide commercial property inspection firm with 13 years in Coeur d'Alene looking for individuals who posses strong communication and organizational skills to oversee an individual case load of approximately 2,000-3,000 annual commercial property inspections. Responsibilities include researching and developing new vendor relationships with qualified and experienced field inspectors in designated regions of responsibility, and general oversight of the inspection process from point of assigning to the inspector through our web-based inspection management system to receipt of the inspection report from the inspector. Qualified candidates must be able to self-motivate, work under the stress of stringent client deadlines and communicate with inspectors, property contacts, lenders and borrowers both professionally and effectively. Experience in the commercial property inspection industry is preferred, but not required. Paid training is available. Hours required are Monday-Friday in-office (no remote work option). Benefits eligible after 90 days (paid leave, health/dental/vision, and 401k benefits offered). Annual pay $40,000 (1st year training) up to $70,000 2nd year based on inspection case load of 3,500 inspections. Basic computer/typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft products required.
