Job Description
Oversee daily sales and management of assigned branch stores. Visit all branch stores on a regular basis to provide sales assistance, review new policies and procedures, and call on key customers. Maintain relationships with wholesale accounts and develop new business. Coach branch managers to mentor and motivate their staff. Coach and mentor branch managers and outside sales representatives on sales, profitability and their individual effectiveness. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Act as liaison between upper management and branch managers.
