Iliad Media Group – Twin Falls Idaho

Job type: Full time – hybrid remote work week

disciplined Account Executive to join our Twin Falls team.

What You’ll Do

● Prospect, develop, and grow new business relationships in the Twin Falls

market

● Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients

● Sell integrated advertising solutions including radio and digital solutions

● Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their goals,

challenges, and growth opportunities

● Build customized marketing proposals that combine the reach of radio with

the precision of digital

● Present campaigns with confidence, backed by strategy, audience targeting,

attribution, and measurable outcomes

● Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and deliver

strong performance

● Track pipeline, revenue, account activity, and client results consistently

 

 

What We’re Looking For

● Strong communication and relationship-building skills

● Confidence in prospecting, networking, and asking for the business

● A positive, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

● Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-first culture

● Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills

● Professional presence in meetings, presentations, and client communication

● Sales experience preferred, especially in media, advertising, marketing, radio,
or digital

● Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and metrics is a plus, but we’re
willing to train the right person

Salary: $40,000.00 – $43,000.00 per year plus commission and bonus
opportunities
