Job Description
Personnel Plus Inc., is now hiring for a Forklift Operator at a Cold Storage Facility that is dedicated and hardworking to join our team at a cold storage facility. This role is essential for maintaining smooth warehouse operations, and the ideal candidate must be physically capable of lifting 60–70 lbs and fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Pay:$15.00
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
Some Saturdays may be required
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled efficiently and without damage
Perform general warehouse duties, including sweeping, emptying trash, and cleaning work areas at the end of each shift
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in a cold storage environment
Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed to support day-to-day operations
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven forklift operation experience
Ability to lift 60–70 lbs regularly and handle physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in a cold storage or warehouse environment is a plus
