Purpose The?People?and?Culture?Coordinator?will?perform?administrative?tasks?and?services?to?support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s People & Culture Team. This role plays an integral part in our international visa programs. ? Primary Functions and Responsibilities+ Works?closely?with multiple international?visa agencies to track interviews, embassy appointments, visa approvals, flight information and coordinates closely with the People & Culture team to arrange onboarding.
+ Takes the lead in the creation of and presentation of all welcome orientation materials for international team members.
+ Collaborates closely with the Manager of People Relations and Housing on placement of international team members into housing and the ongoing accountability needed to ensure that housing policies are followed.
+ Provides?support?to international?program?participants with?a?wide?variety?of?needs throughout their program-serving as the point of contact for questions regarding obtaining a Social Security card, setting up a US bank account, arranging transportation, scheduling monthly cultural events, and other?coordination.
+ Owns uniform inventory management, including managing various vendor relationships, tracking inventory in Shopify, and keeping uniform storage and distribution organized.
+ Maintains?accurate?and?up-to-date?People & Culture?files,?records,?and?documentation.
+ Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of People & Culture files.
+ Provides ?clerical?support?to?the?People & Culture Team as needed, such as ordering supplies
+ May?assist?with?payroll?functions?including?processing, answering?employee?questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks
+ Assists?the People & Culture Generalist with?organizing?and?planning?new?hire?orientation?as needed
+ Assists as needed?with planning?and execution?of?special?events?such as?benefits?enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations?
+ Documents SOPs for all People & Culture Coordinator related functions.?
+ Assists?in?training?and?supporting?People & Culture team members as needed ?
+ Participate?in continuous?improvement?of?processes?
+ Performs?other?duties?as?assigned?

Educational, Experience, Licensure Required+ Knowledge of hospitality preferred
+ Current driver’s license with two years driving experience
+ 1-2 years of administrative office work preferred
