Gem State Staffing is now hiring full-time Paving Equipment Operators for road construction and paving projects. If you have experience operating dump trucks, asphalt pavers, or chip sealing equipment and are looking for a hands-on, dynamic role, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:-
Operate paving and chip sealing equipment on road construction projects.

Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.

Assist with asphalt placement, leveling, and finishing using rakes and shovels.

Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.

Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
