Seeking Motivated and Detail-Oriented person to support our Design Team in daily operations. Working in a Fast-Paced, Creative Environment to gain Hands-On Experience in the Interior Design Industry. Must be Professional and Welcoming, have Organizational and Multitasking Skills, Excellent Communication and Customer Service Abilities, Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn. Be able to Coordinate Schedules and assist with Day-to-Day Office Tasks and participate in Administrative and Project-Related Duties as Needed. Job Description includes: Assist Designers during Client Meetings: Prepare Materials, Take Notes. Showroom: Maintain a Clean, Organized and Visually Appealing Showroom Environment. Front Desk Responsibilities: Greet Clients, Answer Phone, General Inquires. Interest in Interior Design Preferred - Not Required
