at North Idaho College in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, United States
Job Description
Support student success at the heart of campus as the Part-time Senior Administrative Assistant for the Cardinal Learning Commons - a dynamic, all-in-one learning hub designed to help students thrive. The CLC offers study spaces, computer labs, printing and Zoom stations, collaborative areas with whiteboards, tutoring services, and other resources - making it a central destination for connection, learning, and support.
In this role, you’ll keep this high-traffic, high-impact space running smoothly. You’ll coordinate schedules, meetings, and events; manage records, data, and reporting; and serve as a key point of contact for students, staff, and the public. You’ll respond to inquiries, prepare communications, support budgeting and purchasing, and ensure accuracy across systems and processes. You’ll also help oversee daily workflow and continuously improve office operations to better serve students.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with database systems and standard office equipment.
If you enjoy being the person who keeps everything connected - and want to play a key role in creating a welcoming, resource-rich environment for students - this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
