Job Description
Gem State Staffing is now hiring for a fast-paced production role supporting final assembly and packaging. Rotate between stations every 1–2 hours, assist with cleanup, and follow strict food safety standards. This is a Full-Time temp to hire position. $15/hour.
Key Requirements:
- Basic English communication & ability to follow instructions
- Stand for long periods; lift 20+ lbs overhead
- Stay focused in a high-speed environment
- Comfortable working in freezer (-20°C; gear provided)
Duties:
- Package and label products (sorbet, ice cream items)
- Palletize and move finished goods to freezer
- Maintain cleanliness and accurate production logs
- Work as part of a team and follow sanitation procedures
Work Environment:
- Clean room (uniform provided; no jewelry, nails, or loose hair items)
- Breakroom with fridge, microwave, and water (food not provided)
- Lockers/changing room available (bring your own lock)
