Box Manufacturing Associate – (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Boise, ID
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Night Shift)
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Long-Term

About the Role:
Gem State Staffing is currently hiring motivated individuals for a reputable box manufacturing facility in Boise, Idaho. These are temp-to-hire opportunities with consistent full-time hours and long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Box Manufacturing Associate, you will assist in the daily operations of a fast-paced production facility. Responsibilities include:

• Operating and assisting with die cutters and other machinery
• Folding and assembling boxes
• Visually inspecting finished products for quality
• Palletizing and stacking completed items
• General warehouse and production floor cleanup
• Following all safety and operational procedures

Work Schedule & Benefits:

Requirements:
Successful candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift
• Capable of lifting 25+ lbs unassisted on a frequent basis
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to follow all safety protocols
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on labor in a warehouse environment
