What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success.
Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously.
Train, coach, and develop new sales associates.
Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards.
Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes.
Bring energy and excitement to training sessions and team meetings.

Experienced in commission-based sales and team building.
A skilled communicator and expert listener.
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
Passionate about interior design and customer service.
Comfortable with technology and adaptable to change.
Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Location: Eagle Road, Meridian, ID 83642 Job Type: Full-time (40 hours weekly) Position: Non-Exempt/Hourly Training Rate: For the first 3 months, $1,440 to $1,760 per bi-weekly pay period while training!
