Job Description
Personnel Plus Inc., is now hiring a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join a growing, dynamic team. This role is essential in producing high-quality metal components while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and specifications.
Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour (DOE)
Hours: 40–60 per week, depending on workload
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and work from schematics and technical drawings (required and non-negotiable)
Fabricate metal components using MIG and TIG wire feed welding
Operate power tools and fabrication machinery, including band saws
Perform quality inspections using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and tolerances
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding
Strong mechanical aptitude and fabrication knowledge
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Experience with residential railing, ornamental metalwork, or similar
Proficiency with fabrication tools and machinery
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs
Must pass a drug screen
