Professional Marine is hiring experienced Marine Mechanic's / Marine Technician's to join our full-service team serving Hayden and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

We are a growing, year-round marine repair facility seeking high-level technicians who take pride in diagnostics, quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair inboards, outboards, and sterndrives

• Service and repair MerCruiser and Volvo Penta engines

• Perform scheduled maintenance and spring commissioning

• Troubleshoot electrical systems

• Troubleshoot fuel delivery systems

• Troubleshoot cooling and overheating issues

• Diagnose no-start conditions

• Resolve performance problems

• Perform marine diagnostics and document findings with clear notes and photos

• Communicate clearly with service advisors

• Recommend repairs ethically to ensure safety and reliability

Pay & Benefits

• Starting at $28/hour+ DOE

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of marine mechanic experience (strongly encouraged but not required)

• Strong diagnostic ability

• Experience with inboard and outboard systems

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

• Willingness to relocate or commute within 60 minutes of Hayden, ID

Preferred:

• Automotive or diesel mechanic experience

• Marine industry experience strongly preferred
