Job Description
Sr HR Administrator
We are searching for a HR Administrator to join our Nuclear Team! This role provides administrative support to our Human Resources Team in the areas of HRIS, onboarding, employee relations, organizational development and training, and Total Rewards administration. A high degree of judgment and tact in handling confidential information is required in additional to a good knowledge of human resources procedures and policies. The incumbent will work closely with the HR team and management to address a variety of simple to moderately complex issues, resolving employee queries and supporting HR initiatives.

Salary Information: $20.77 – $28.00 per hour

Your Challenge:
+ Commitment to professionalism, maintaining confidentiality, and handling sensitive information appropriately and with discretion
+ Initiates and reviews employee transactions in our HRIS. Handles process flow of workplace movements (hires, terms, transfers, promotions, etc.) and related procedural communications with Payroll Department and others.
+ Assists with the collection of data for HR metrics, employee engagement surveys, and workforce data. Assists with the preparation of data and reports for management
+ Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and reports in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
+ Handles HR questions and concerns and escalate issues that require senior management attention.
+ Assist management with the implementation and tracking of organizational training, development, and talent management efforts.
+ Program Implementation – Supports company-wide HR programs and initiatives such as salary review, workforce planning, succession planning, benefits enrollment, and talent management programs. May assist management in the development of solutions through organizational development, and cultural, and process-oriented perspectives.
+ Recruiting and Onboarding – Enhances the onboarding experience for new hires by facilitating orientation and training programs. Assist with intern recruiting initiatives, the related careers fairs, and university partnerships.
What You Bring: ?
+ Due to the nature of work performed at this site, incumbents must be a U.S. Person.
+ 4+ years human resources administration experience
+ Functional understanding of HR principles, practices
+ A basic understanding of employment laws, and policies
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HR information systems
