Electrical Assembler – Day Shift | $23–$28/hr DOE | Post Falls, ID
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4x10s)
Position Overview:
As an Electrical Assembler, you’ll be part of a team responsible for building and wiring heavy industrial equipment. You’ll use your skills in low-voltage electrical wiring, harness building, blueprint reading, and basic mechanical assembly to help bring high-end machinery to life.What You'll Do:
- Layout, terminate, and connect low-voltage electrical wiring and harnesses
- Read and build to blueprints and limited technical drawings
- Assemble mechanical components and test completed equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
- Ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of hands-on experience assembling heavy machinery or similar equipment REQUIRED
- Proficient in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Ability to work flexibly across departments (engineering, fabrication, etc.)
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills REQUIRED
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong attendance record
Physical Requirements:
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Squat, bend, twist, and reach overhead frequently
- Stand, walk, or sit for 1–10 hours per shift
- Work in a manufacturing environment (55–88°F)
