Job Description
Shop Technician/Assembler – Road Maintenance Equipment
Location: Pocatello Pay: DOE up to $30/hr.
Seeking a Shop Technician/Assembler to help assemble road maintenance equipment. Responsibilities include disassembling machinery, inspecting, and replacing parts, assembling components, assisting with repairs, and ensuring equipment meets operational and safety standards in a busy shop environment.
Requirements:
• Mechanical aptitude and basic tool knowledge
• Ability to read instructions, diagrams, or work orders
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to lift, bend, and work in various positions
Preferred:
• Experience with heavy equipment or vehicle repair
• Welding, fabrication, or hydraulic knowledge
