Job Description

Pure Water Partners, a privately held specialty finance company in the bottle free water marketplace is actively seeking an experienced enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager. The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to engage with customers, resolve delinquencies, and maintain a positive long- standing relationship with the customer.

Effective interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently are key to success in this position. This is an on-site, full-time role. If you are looking for a company that you can grow with and learn from, then we want to hear from you!

Our Account Manager

  • Communicates with customers by telephone, email, and written correspondence. Focusing to bring resolution to unpaid accounts
  • Provides thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with collections, customer service, sales, retail or just the motivation to learn a new skill
  • High level of trust and integrity
  • Skilled in negotiation
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Confidence and professionalism on the phone
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Computer experience and proficiency – MS Word, Excel and other business programs
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize projects and customer needs
  • Displays professionalism in demeanor language and appearance
  • Willing to work with and adhere to performance goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
