With a 50-year track record of success in the Missoula market, this company is all about excellence in production along with a great employee culture.This position is responsible for reading and interpreting product specifications and work orders, operating shop equipment safely, and ensuring finished products meet quality and production standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adapting to changing priorities and production schedules. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with shop leads and team members.Why you want this position:Wage: $18 to $20/hr. depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Ability to grow a career in manufacturing which includes cross training in assembly quality, inventory management, machining and CNCBonuses based on sales, safety and material costsHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K and Flex spendingFun and casual company environment with regular employee events during work like Company BBQs, pizza days, birthday celebrations and moreEssential Job Responsibilities:Read, evaluate and respond to product specifications, drawings and perform normal mathematical calculationsSafely operate shop equipment – power and hand tools (i.e. chop saws, drill presses, iron worker, punch machine, disc grinders, belt sanders and hand drills.)Inspect manufactured products to ensure product specifications and quality control requirements are maintainedWork well under limited supervision and be flexible to working with others, adapting to changing work priorities while meeting deadlines and schedule changesReview work order with shop leads to evaluate scheduling, raw material and manpower needsReview work order bill of materials for accuracy to ensure cost accounting and inventory valuation accuracyQualifications:On time and consistent work attendanceStrong work ethic with pride in work being producedStrong verbal communication skillsAbility to stand and walk for 8-10 hour shiftsAbility to lift up to 60 lbs. and engage in frequent bending, pushing and liftingCall or text Dre in our LC Staffing Kalispell Office at 406-298-914841869
