Job Description
Responsibilities: The following list contains some key responsibilities; additional work may be assigned by your manager.
- Follows relevant work instructions and customer standards.
- Accurately records time on jobs and documents.
- Completes paperwork accurately and on a timely basis.
- Observes all safety procedures and uses proper protective gear.
- Keeps work areas neat and clean.
- Completes removal and installation of turbine/submersible pumps.
- Properly install and remove column assemblies for pumps.
- Operate and drive a pump rig with mounted hoist/hydraulic crane.
- Properly use slings and other hoisting devices.
- Runs band saws, belt sanders, and grinding equipment (Preferred)
Key skills
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to foster good employee/employer relations.
- Ability to use instruments such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, multimeters, pressure gauges, and alignment meters.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and adequately carry out a range of physical labor.
- Intermediate welding, brazing, and soldering skills. (Preferred)
