Project Manager Missoula, MTA locally owned general contractor based in the Missoula area, specializing in high-quality custom homes and residential projects, is hiring a Project Manager. The company supports a variety of projects throughout the region, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, efficient project delivery, and dependable service.We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential building projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, can manage multiple projects, and communicates effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.Why You Want This Position: Starting Wage: $80K to $90K, depending on experience Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday (some flexibility based on project needs) Work alongside ownership with direct input on projects and decisions Paid time off and holidaysEssential Functions and Duties: Manage all phases of residential construction projects from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress Communicate with clients and review plans, specifications, and contracts Track costs, approve invoices, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulationsQualifications: 5+ years of residential construction project management experience Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Buildertrend or Procore) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record OSHA certification or willingness to obtain Experience with custom home builds and local relationships preferredIf you are interested in this opportunity, call or text 406-295-1362 to reach Morgan with LC Staffing Office41760
