Service Center Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Service Center Manager to lead field service operations, customer support, and technical service delivery for water treatment systems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while managing teams, budgets, and compliance requirements across the service organization.

What You Will Do
Manage people and resources to achieve company strategic goals and initiatives
Provide oversight and support for engineering, project management, services, coordination, startup, and commissioning activities
Develop, grow, and oversee the Parts & Service (P&S) business
Develop and manage budgets to meet or exceed company goals and initiatives
Partner with the Director of Support Centers to develop clients, strategy, budgets, policies, and procedures, and to support ISO 9001:2015 compliance
Compile and deliver regular summary reports, including growth plans, sales projections, potential client lists, and current activities
Participate in strategic planning and ongoing auditing of all processes
Prepare internal budgets and technical quotations for parts and services
Provide technical assistance and guidance to staff and clients on quality, safety, security, employee relations, scheduling, and training
Lead, coach, and develop service technicians and support staff, including performance reviews and training programs
Oversee training of new service engineers and track system performance and service activities
Develop and maintain work instructions, forms, and documentation required for IMS compliance
Direct product delivery and management to meet short- and long-term company goals
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and fair employment practices
Position Details
Travel is required to customer, supplier, and job sites
This role is located in our Service Center in Boise, Idaho.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or other related qualified training, with a minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven record of managing multiple large-scale, dynamic projects in person and at a distance
Demonstrated problem-solving capability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints
Ability to read and interpret process and instrumentation diagrams, mechanical and structural drawings, and specifications
Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:The pay range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
