Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, weed control, landscaping, grounds cleanup, minor repairs, painting, basic maintenance tasks, and assisting with property improvement projects. Applicants should be self-motivated, able to work independently, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate lawn and maintenance equipment safely.Experience is preferred and a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
