About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the face of our company-meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and helping them design bath solutions that match their vision and budget.
This is a dynamic outside sales role where you’ll leverage modern tools and technology to guide customers through the design and purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities
+ Deliver our proprietary sales presentation using an iPad
+ Attend ongoing weekly sales training to refine your skills
+ Design customized bath solutions using our software
+ Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
+ Build rapport with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
+ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
+ Previous in-home sales experience (home improvement experience is a plus)
+ Reliable transportation and residence local to the Boise area
+ Confidence presenting to homeowners and closing sales
+ Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
+ Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
+ Outgoing and personable with a strong customer focus
Compensation & Benefits
+ 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential
