Job Description

Gem State Staffing is seeking a skilled Handyman for a local realtor/property management company serving the Treasure Valley.

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed pay of $1,500 every two weeks

 Paid for up to 30 hours per week, even during lighter weeks

Schedule

• On-Call Availability Required
• Average of 30 Hours Per Week
• Long-Term Position

Responsibilities

As the primary handyman and maintenance support professional, you will perform a variety of tasks including:

General property maintenance and repairs

Furniture moving and home setup adjustments

Troubleshooting lockboxes, garage codes, and property access issues

HVAC filter changes and preventative maintenance

Fence repairs and exterior maintenance

Lawn care, sprinkler repairs, and snow removal

Requirements

Must have previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or contractor experience

Must have a valid driver's license

Must pass a background check

Must be comfortable with on-call availability

• Must be able to lift and carry equipment/materials
• Must provide your own tools and lawn care equipment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
