Job Title: Distribution Order Picker

Location: Logan, UT

Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay: $16.50/hourly

Job Summary

The Order Selector/Picker is responsible for accurately picking, stacking, labeling, and distributing products within the warehouse. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by following established procedures, meeting productivity goals, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Transport materials and items from picking areas to designated locations

- Sort and place products on pallets and/or bakery dollies according to predetermined sequence

- Load and unload bread trays from trucks

- Meet productivity and quality standards

- Label and mark materials with identifying information

- Use RF scanners and voice-picking equipment when applicable

- Operate riding pallet jack or forklift

- Follow safety, food safety, and hygiene guidelines

- Maintain clean work areas and clear aisles

- Follow safe lifting practices and report issues

- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives including 5S

- Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, handle materials, and perform physical tasks as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
