The primary role of the Feed Mill Operator is to assist in producing animal feed blends. Primary responsibilities will be operating the feed mill, inspecting inbound and outbound ingredients, maintaining the highest quality feed standards, and adhering to CGMP, FSMA, and OSHA standards. This role rotates through all positions, mill operator, warehouse, bagging and receiving, along with working at the Satellite location. This position requires a high level of detail. The trained employee is responsible for compliance with all company policies, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Able to operate an automated feed mill and bagging/Toting feed.
• Operation of forklift and pallet Jack.
• Be able to Climb up and down a ladder and work on elevated platforms.
• Be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Be able to Bend, kneel, turn and stand up to 7 hours a day.
• Actively maintaining housekeeping throughout the plant.
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Perform mechanical inspections of equipment

Hours are based off 2 locations both are in Jerome.

• Monday – Friday
• Rotation on Saturday(7am-5pm) and Sunday(7am-3pm) every 4-6 weeks
• 7AM-3PM
• 2PM-10PM
