Insight Global is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect Lead (Project Manager) for a top design-focused client specializing in high-end residential projects. This individual will play a critical role in bringing complex landscape designs to life by evaluating site conditions, producing construction documentation, and managing the execution phase of projects. Working closely with the principal designer, this candidate will help translate architectural concepts into fully realized landscapes, ensuring every detail-from irrigation systems to site grading-is executed with precision. This is an ideal opportunity for a design-driven professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality outdoor environments.

$90,000-$130,000

Skills and Requirements

- 5-10 years of experience in Landscape Architecture

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture - Professional licensure (ASLA or equivalent) - Strong proficiency in: ? AutoCAD ? Adobe Creative Suite ? Rhino (3D modeling) ? LandFX ? Bluebeam - Experience in high-end residential design projects - Proven ability to produce construction documents and handle construction administration - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Portfolio showcasing design and artistic capabilities - Excellent communication skills with clients – Background working with forest service or large-scale land/terrain projects - Experience evaluating land conditions (septic, irrigation, grading, etc.) - Previous experience pricing design sets or project costing - Exposure to luxury or boutique residential design firms
