+ Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
What We’re Looking For
+ Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or related in-home sales experience preferred
+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
+ Proven ability to close sales and overcome objections
+ Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
+ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the territory
+ Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
