Now Hiring: Diesel Technician
+ Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per flat rate hour depending on experience and certifications with monthly bonus opportunities
+ Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and rotating Saturdays

What You’ll Do
+ Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards
+ Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions, with a focus on diesel and engine systems
+ Complete all repairs according to applicable safety requirements
+ Road-test vehicles to verify quality and completeness of repairs
+ Document work performed, test procedures/results, and time according to company clocking procedures
+ Maintain an inventory of required hand and power tools
What You’ll Bring
+ 2+ years of automotive repair experience (diesel experience strongly preferred)
+ ASE and/or manufacturer certifications is not required
+ Strong team player with a customer-first mindset
+ Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
