Norco is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist / Clinician to join our patient-focused, community-based care team. This is a unique opportunity for licensed clinicians who want to use their respiratory expertise outside of the hospital setting - in a role with predictable scheduling, meaningful one-on-one patient interactions, and a supportive team environment.
Unlike traditional hospital RT roles, this position offers:
- Standard Monday - Friday schedule
- Structured, planned visits
- Limited on-call rotation

What You'll Do
You will support patients and referral partners by ensuring safe, effective use of respiratory and rehabilitation equipment. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate patient needs and coordinate the ordering and setup of Category II and III respiratory equipment
- Work directly with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies, and referral sources to ensure optimal equipment solutions
- Perform evaluations in homes, clinics, nursing facilities, and hospitals
- Provide product education and demonstrations to patients and healthcare partners
- Support Norco's Quality Improvement Program and participate in ongoing clinical excellence initiatives
- Troubleshoot oxygen and respiratory equipment during business hours and as needed during limited on-call periods
- Collaborate with customer service teams to coordinate respiratory-related discharges
- Promote Norco's services to referral sources and the healthcare community
- Perform other tasks as needed to support patient care and company goals

Qualifications
- CRTT, RRT, RN, LPN or eligible for any of the preceding
- State license, as required
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new equipment and technologies quickly
- Ability to lift 25 - 40lbs occasionally
- Previous home care experience preferred
- Ability to work compassionately with diverse patient populations
