Job Description
Gem State Staffing is hiring a full-time Installation/Service Technician in Jerome, ID. This is a temp-to-hire position with competitive pay and great training opportunities. You will work on installing and servicing fans, ventilation systems, LED lighting, sliding window panels, man doors, PVC interior paneling, steel siding/roofing, and rubber flooring.
No experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Install and service ventilation fans, LED lighting, window panels, doors, paneling, steel siding, roofing, and rubber flooring
- Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and installation manuals
- Use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, tin snips), power tools (drills, grinders, saws), welders, ladders, lifts, telehandlers, and other equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
