We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our embroidery department. This position involves operating embroidery equipment, preparing garments and materials, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with order fulfillment. No embroidery experience is required for the right candidate—we are willing to train someone who is eager to learn and takes pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare garments, hats, and other items for embroidery
- Operate and monitor embroidery machines
- Hoop and position materials accurately
- Trim threads and inspect finished products for quality
- Follow work orders and production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with packaging and preparing orders for shipment
- Communicate with team members to ensure deadlines are met
