Job Description:

Electronics Technician Maintenance I

As an Electronics Technician, you will:

+ Read and interpret wiring diagrams, wiring tables, and schematics.

+ Follow detailed procedures and perform routine maintenance on electronic and electrical equipment.

+ Utilize soldering techniques to ensure secure connections.

+ Operate test equipment, including voltmeters, current meters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.

+ Work on both high- and low-voltage power distribution systems (AC & DC).

+ Utilize computers effectively for diagnostics and troubleshooting.

+ Obtain CompTIA A+ certification or higher.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

? Education: completion of an Electronics Technical school or military electronics training preferred

? Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience

? Required Technical Skills: electronic maintenance, soldering

? Security Clearance Level: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance

? Location: On Customer Site

?US Citizenship Required

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $22.95 – $31.05. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
