Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values teamwork, and takes pride in building something that lasts. You'll assist with various phases of residential or commercial construction from site prep to final touches.
Reponsibilities Include:
- Perform physical labor on construction sites, including digging, lifting, carrying , and operating basic tools.
- Assist with all phases of projects and other trades with tasks as needed.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debirs and organizing tools.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols.
- Support setup and teardown of temporary structures, scaffolding, and equipment.
- Help with basic measurements, layout, and prep work for framing and finishes.
Qualifications Include:
- Previous construction experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and able to read tape measure.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Able to work from ladders at various heights.
- Willingness to listen, learn, and take directions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work everyday.
- Knowledge of safety pratices
- Able to obtain Mountain Airforce Base access.
