$23.18 – $33.78 per hour

This is a bargaining union position.

Under the general supervision of a licensed nurse performs selected duties pertaining to direct and indirect nursing care of the patient.

Qualifications:

+ Current LNA license to practice professional nursing in the State of Vermont is required.

+ One year of previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in a nursing home or hospital setting is required.

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.

+ Must obtain Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) and Pro-Act certifications within 6 months of hire.

+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
