Job Description
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships. Professionally responds to customer emails and telephone calls. Responsible for day to day activities related to the Credit Card and Money Line Services. Courteously and promptly resolves Credit Card and Money Line questions and problems or refers them to appropriate personnel. Establishes and performs set-up for new accounts. Ensures that the Credit Card and Money Line operations are completed in accordance with established Bank procedures. Performs miscellaneous duties as required. Keeps management informed of area activities.
